This suit has white thread embroidery on a lovely pastel blue cotton blend cloth! You will be amazed at the craftsmanship (which has Bakhia embroidery, keel-phandaa and jaali work). Jaali work is where the artisan painstakingly creates a NET on the fabric itself. This top has 2 dozen jaali nets on the neck area!!!!

Keel and phandaa are those time-consuming embroidery stitches wherein a small ball of thread is weaved onto the fabric - it gives an embossed pearl shaped look!! Just take a look at the photographs and you will immediately fall in love with this top! Nobody else on eBay has these tops!

The kameez has a round neckline.  Because of that, it is very jewelry friendly. The neckline is high enough not to be immodest, yet low enough that you could wear an 18" necklace.

ABOUT CHIKAN EMBROIDERY
CHIKAN EMBROIDERY is a form of hand embroidery with patterns of different designs stitched using untwisted white cotton threads on the surface of the fabric. It originated hundreds of years ago in the times of the Mughal emperors (Empress Nur Jehan was one of the greatest patrons of this work). In Chikan work, there is a fixed repertoire of stitches and it is usual for several types of stitches to appear on the same piece of embroidery (thereby enhancing it's intricacy and beauty). Chikan embroidery is a very laborious and time consuming task (The craftsmen are trained for 15 to 20 years and sometimes it takes many days to make an outfit with hand embroidery as they fill in the designs with colorful threads with detail work) but the end result is a regal treasure in any fashion connoisseur's wardrobe! Today, Chikan embroidery work is mostly only done in the North Indian city of Lucknow. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Just because the tops are so exquisite does not mean that you have to handle it with extreme caution or start getting huge drycleaning bills - just put it in a mesh bag and throw into your washing machine and cold wash them with gentle liquid soap, gentle spin dry. Then take them out and iron them lightly. That's all there is to caring for these tops.

We accept payment via PayPal. The cost for shipping and handling via registered air parcel is $6, and it will take 10 days or more. The cost of shipping and handling via express courier is $10.00 for the first dress and $5 for additional tops (we will combine shipping for multiple items). We use IndiaPost's courier service SpeedPost (which has a tie-up with the USPS - United states Postal Services). Tracking of package is available via USPS's website. You can expect to get your top in 4 days - please let us know immediately if you do not get it and we will track it for you.
